Growing up in homeschooling families, we totally know what it's like trying to navigate the scary waters of getting photos done... it's a big investment that matters! And if you're going to announce to your family, spouse, or fiancé that you booked photos, you need to know that you're not just about to round them up for something they perceive as torture.
Ian and I believe in creating photoshoot experiences that feel more like a date instead of a public speech. It's about finding a moment to just 'be' in the midst of the chaos. Pulling your loved ones close and being able to treasure the moment for once.
In the middle of one of the most stressful seasons of our lives, we took our own engagement photos. It gave us space to slow down, unwind, and breathe in and out for a moment. Hands down THE best half an hour of our entire engagement and we still talk about how much of a gift that was from the Lord. We want you to experience the same thing!

Kina is the visionary, main photographer, hype-woman and creative. An enneagram 7w8 she always jumps in with both feet. God gave her her eye for photography, and every photoshoot they do makes her feel like she is doing what she was created for. She second-shoots video for Ian when needed.

Ian is the main videographer, tech guy, and camera gear expert. While he still second shoots for Kina when needed, he enjoys taking control of the video side of things and creating unique masterpieces for our clients. An enneagram 3w2, he is still very happy to be Kina's step stool when she forgets to bring it.

We live for
Neither of us are very picky, but we love a good meal! We believe you are what you eat, so we cook all our meals from the scratchiest scratch we can get - down to grinding our own wheat and making our own condiments.

We love taking our cameras out somewhere to experiment just for fun! We learn a lot while we're out and get in some good quality time. Right now we are working on a very fun project that we hope will help photographers all over Ohio!

We both play the piano and love coming up with arrangements. At our church, we both play for the congregation. Our Senior Recital together ended with a resounding duo of "Jesus Shall Reign!"

Not that we're really good, but we really enjoy it! Kina's parents met at a swing dance and taught us some moves. We liked it so much we learned some more and had swing dancing at our wedding.
